MACAA Mentors
A goal of MACAA is to create a strong networks of community arts agencies and leaders. Quite often our community arts administrators and leaders are asked to share knowledge and experience with others. MACAA member organizations and arts leaders are no exception. We often learn from each other and share ideas.
Leading a community arts agency requires us to be able to juggle many jobs at once, complete tasks from vacuuming to creating ads to developing a fund raising campaign (and some other super human and supernatural tasks), draw upon the skills of those around us, and sometimes even admit that we don't know everything and need help.
MACAA members represent a broad range of experiences and expertise...areas in which you might need some help. Please contact MACAA Executive Director, Michael Gaines, at 573-221-4853 or fill out the form below, which will be sent via email, if you would like to be matched or become a MACAA Mentor in one of the following areas:
PLEASE NOTE: TO PARTICIPATE IN THE MENTORING PROGRAM, YOU MUST BE A MACAA MEMBER.
